Training programs/ workshops
We offer a refund for the purchase of training programs and workshops on our website as per the following norms. Kindly note, if you have registered via a discount code, then the refund will be initiated based on the discounted price:
Online programs
The cancellation for online programs will be governed by the following refund policy:
- Cancellation of attendance prior to 72 hours of the start of the session – 100%
- Cancellation of attendance within 72 hours of the start of the session – 50%
In-person programs
The cancellation for online programs will be governed by the following refund policy:
- Cancellation of attendance 10 days prior to the session – 100% refund
- Cancellation of attendance 9-7 days prior to the session – 80% refund
- Cancelation of attendance 6-4 days prior to the session – 30% refund
- Cancellation 72 hours prior to the date of the session – no refund

Refund for products
Engaged Strategy’s returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange books purchased with us from our website only, if damaged, within the return/exchange period of 14 days from the date of receiving the book. We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging.
You can send us an email to enquiry@engagedstrategy.com.au with pictures of the damaged portions and your purchase receipt attached, and mention whether you prefer a return or an exchange. Once we verify your claim, we will either arrange to pick-up the book or request that you ship the book to our offices in India or Australia if we do not have a pick-up service at your location.
In case of a self-shipment, we will credit the cost of shipping to you via a bank transfer or re-credit to your account via the online payment method you used to purchase from us.
During a pick-up arranged by Engaged Strategy, our delivery agent may run a quality check on the return to assess the damage.
If you choose to exchange the item for reason of damage, you will be provided with a replacement of the item free of cost. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange. If you choose to exchange an item, our delivery representative will deliver the new item to you and simultaneously pick up the original item from you in serviceable pin codes. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it to obtain refund and purchase the new item separately.
- All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an exchange by our Logistics team.
- Engaged Strategy will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, Engaged Strategy would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User.
- If you self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
- If you self-ship your returns, your shipping costs would be reimbursed subject to your return having met our Returns and Exchange Policy and the image of the courier receipt is shared by you and validated by us.
- For self-ship returns the refund for returned products will only be initiated if they pass through a quality check conducted at our base. If the quality check fails, the product will be reshipped to you.
Cancellation policy for products
What is Engaged Strategy’s Cancellation Policy?
You can now cancel an order only before the order is shipped. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
How do I cancel my Order?
Write to us at enquiry@engagedstrategy.com.au with a copy of your receipt attached. We will send you a confirmation of the cancellation within 2 business days. However, if your order has already been shipped, your order cannot be cancelled.
I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
You will receive a refund within 14 calendar days into the source account that you used for your transaction.
